This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised finance professional to play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt.Working as part of a busy finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while minimising aged debt and supporting the wider accounts function.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoicesChasing overdue payments via telephone, email and written correspondenceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersInvestigating and resolving invoice queries and disputes efficientlyAllocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accountsProducing aged debt reports and monitoring outstanding balancesNegotiating payment plans where appropriateEscalating problematic accounts in line with company proceduresSupporting month-end processes and reporting requirementsMaintaining accurate records of all collection activityAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience within a Credit Control positionStrong communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage a ..... full job details .....
