About the RoleAs a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you''ll look after the diverse needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. You may also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. About YouYou should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who are committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. You''ll have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities; many Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
