Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (office-based)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive superstar to join a well-established UK  manufacturer with a proud heritage and a modern, design-led approach. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and quotes, and making sure every interaction is a positive one.

This isn’t just admin — it’s about being the voice of the brand, building relationships, and keeping customers happy.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Support Executive:

• Answering calls and emails – you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear

• Preparing quotes and processing orders with accuracy and speed

• Supporting the sales team and ensuring everything runs smoothly

• Solving problems and thinking on your feet

• Keeping customers happy and making them want to come back again and again

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Support Executive:

• Brilliant communication skills and a natural people-person

• Organised, accurate, and able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Confident, quick-thinking, and solutions-focused

• Experience in customer service or sales support (manufacturing/furniture knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
