OverviewWe’re looking for someone who’s passionate about making digital content work better—not by writing it, but by shaping how it looks, feels, and performs across our websites, intranet, and other channels. As our Content Quality and Brand Standards Lead, you’ll help teams present information clearly and consistently, making sure it’s easy to use, aligned with our brand, and performs well for the people who need it. You’ll lead on brand governance, build toolkits and templates, and support colleagues to apply our brand confidently across digital and offline channels.
This role is ideal for someone who’s worked in digital content operations, service design, or customer communications and wants to make a real impact on how users experience our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead content audits to improve clarity, accessibility, and brand alignment across our websites and intranet
Develop and maintain toolkits, templates, and guidance to help teams apply our brand identity consistently
Support colleagues with training and workshops on tone of voice, visual standards, and brand hygiene
Act as a brand guardian—reviewing materials, spotting inconsistencies, and helping teams fix them without being a gatekeeper
Collaborate with teams launching new services or campaigns to ensure brand alignment from the start
Monitor how content performs and use insights to drive improvements in user experience and engagement
More about you
Strong experience in digital content strategy and governance
Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX principles
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
