The Opportunity

As an Insurance Real Estate Broker, you will handle a diverse book of property-focused accounts, including property owners, developers, and asset managers. You’ll manage relationships with clients and insurers, negotiate competitive terms, and provide market insight to ensure your clients’ assets are fully protected. You’ll also play a key role in business development, winning new instructions, and supporting the firm’s continued growth in the London property and insurance markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Commercial/Real Estate Insurance broking

• Strong technical knowledge across property risks and related lines (e.g., Liability, Professional Indemnity, Construction)

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

• Ambitious, driven, and client-focused with the ability to build long-term partnerships
