Change, Training and Communications Lead (Workday Transformation)Contract: 2 MonthsRate: £600 per dayIR35 Status: Outside IR35Location: Remote with occasional hybrid working in Luton and LondonOverview We are seeking an experienced Change, Training and Communications Lead to support a major Workday transformation programme. This role will be responsible for leading the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies through effective change management, communications and training strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering organisational change across complex, global HR, Finance and ERP implementations, with particular experience in Workday environments.Key Responsibilities Change Management Lead the development and execution of the programme change strategy. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across multiple business functions. Develop organisational readiness plans and monitor adoption risks. Identify, assess and manage resistance to change. Establish and manage change champion and stakeholder networks. Apply recognised change methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR, to drive successful outcomes.Communications Develop and deliver comprehensive communication strategies and plans.
