Director of Solutions Engineering International

to be based in

London

. This leadership role will oversee Solutions Engineering teams across the

EMEA and APAC

regions. As a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Channel Partners, you will lead a high-performing, diverse team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, a passion for solution selling, and a curiosity-driven mindset.Develop and execute a regional strategy for Solutions Engineering across EMEA and APAC. Incorporate industry trends and competitive intelligence into team practices and training.Partner with Account Executives and Channel Partners to support the sales cycle with strategic guidance, tailored presentations, and impactful demonstrations.Performance Management:- Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and support business objectives.

Oversee operational aspects of the EMEA and APAC teams, including resource planning, budgeting, and process standardization. Share best practices across regions to elevate team performance.10+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or a related SaaS role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing regional teams.

Background in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Service Provider industries is a plus.

Strong understanding of software architecture and technical solutioning.Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Track record of building strong client relationships and delivering value.Employment type
