Our client, a high-profile commercial law firm, are looking for a confident, driven and dynamic EA to manage the life of the Managing Partner. He travels extensively and in addition to doing a small amount of legal work, his main focus is managing the firm and driving business development. The firm is going from strength to strength and he requires a business minded, proactive EA to add real value.Responsibilities

Extensive diary management and travel organisation to include booking flights, hotels, visas, organising meetings often over several time zones etc.Preparing presentations using PowerPointLiaising with clients across multiple time zonesEvent management both internally and externally for clients and staffOrganising conferencesDealing with expenses for the Managing PartnerQualifications

It is essential that you have experience as an EA from another professional services / corporate environment (this doesn’t have to be legal), and are a confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and other staff professionally. An interesting and busy role for an ambitious, driven PA, who is looking to take on more responsibility in an involved EA role with minimal secretarial duties.
