Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Electrical Engineer to join our Technical Services team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel

Here, heritage and heart unite, discretion is our promise, and the pleasure to please is a way of life.The Role:As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for assisting the hotel in working towards the vision of being meticulously maintained. To ensure all jobs reported are followed up to completion ensuring a high level of service, reporting any faults to the Engineering Coordinator. To bring to the attention of the manager any possible Health and Safety risks in the building and to assist guests with any requests they might have whilst staying in the hotel.Responsibilities:This position is responsible for all electrical issues within the hotel and to respond to all reactive maintenance. To maintain and repair all electrical distribution boards and power and lighting circuits. Working closely with the rooms technicians and shift engineers to support and guide them in all electrical issues. To complete all electrical fire life and safety checks, monthly and annual emergency lighting and tests and record results, PAT test all new appliances.
