As an Electrical Engineer, you''ll be tasked with carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, fault find / troubleshoot, work on mechanical systems, general building maintenance, update e-logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.

Electrical Engineer Duties:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair tasks
• Work on single and three-phase electrical systems, including motors, emergency lighting, fire alarms, pumps, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Safely isolate equipment and systems when necessary to carry out work
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with current regulations and industry standards
• Consistently follow and promote safe working practices and procedures
• Maintain detailed and accurate records, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and site logbooks
• Use PDA systems to manage workflow, including job allocation, updates, and closures

• Fully qualified within Electrical Engineering / Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) with electrical regulation qualifications 
• Minimum of at least 3 years within commercial building services 
• Great knowledge of commercial electrical equipment 
• Client facing attitude
