What you''ll do: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, distribution boards, and associated building services. Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently. Carry out routine inspections, testing, and minor electrical works to ensure systems remain safe and fully operational. Support general building services maintenance and assist with remedial works where required. Travel between localised sites across Surrey and Merton, ensuring maintenance requirements are completed within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance requirements.
