About the opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will: Provide commercial leadership and guidance on projects to ensure cost-effective delivery within budget. Prepare and analyse cost reports, offering regular updates to the project team and stakeholders. Implement cost control and value management strategies. Prepare monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit and Loss statements. Oversee the commercial aspects of projects. Manage cash flow effectively. Handle subcontractor payments. Offer expertise on contractual issues. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry.
