Exit Operational Design Expert
Your new roleAs an Exits Operations Design Expert, you will design, build, and oversee a Central Exit Utility that ensures consistent, compliant, and controlled offboarding for employees across the organisation. You''ll lead the creation of global process frameworks, SLAs, governance models, and risk-aligned operational standards covering all exit types-voluntary, involuntary, retirement, internal mobility, and complex offboarding scenarios.You''ll partner closely with HR, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and global operations teams to standardise processes, implement workflow automation, and strengthen control frameworks across regions. You will also drive remediation for audit findings, manage operational KPIs, and support transformation initiatives aligned to the bank''s global operating model. What you''ll need to succeed 7-12 years'' experience in Exit Operations, HR Service Delivery, Workforce Operations, or similar functions within large global banksProven track record designing or managing centralised exit / offboarding utilitiesStrong understanding of risk, control, audit, and regulatory requirements related to employee offboardingHands-on expertise in operational process design, workflow automation, and migration of decentralised processes into central utilitiesBroad understanding of HR processes including access management, IT asset management, payroll, compliance, and vendor managementExperience working with HR/ops systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, ..... full job details .....
