In this role, you will help deliver high-quality meals, ensuring culinary standards meet the expectations of premium airline passengers. Key Details Location: Nearby Feltham and Heathrow Area Pay Rate: 16.35 per hour Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Employment Type: On-site What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the operations team to fulfill orders promptly and maintain high quality: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with standard recipes and specifications. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing and training junior staff as needed. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control to ensure ingredient freshness. Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in implementing cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Maintain essential knife skills and demonstrate a sound knowledge of diverse cooking techniques. Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas for improving kitchen processes and food quality.
