Senior Quantity SurveyorWorking on a variety of projects in Newcastle reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.The role will be a mix of office and site based work and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.What We’re Looking For

Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.Knowledge of current Construction Law.Experience in commercial management.Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.Personal AttributesAbility to work in a team environment contributing across the business unit.Good management skills.Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.Good operational planning and time management skills.Why Join Caddick Group?
