Job Purpose To lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of production operatives to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the production team to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members based on production schedules. Monitor output to ensure product quality standards and specifications are maintained. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to production staff to improve performance and engagement. Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues within the team. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and resolve issues.
