Group Financial Accountant, 50- 55,000pa plus Benefits Inc- Bonus (10-20%), Medical and PensionHemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid working) Our client, a household brand based in Hemel Hempstead has a rare opportunity for a Group Reporting Accountant to make a move into a fast paced, high profile role in industry. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller you will play a key role in the continued growth of the business. This role has excellent long term, developmental opportunities within the business. Key Duties:- -Preparation of year end statutory accounts for all Group companies -Responsibility and ownership of accounting and reporting of group entities. -Preparing budgets, forecasts and helping to deliver improved Kip''s throughout the business. -Review of period end balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the business. -Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for payroll related balance sheet accounts. -Management of daily cash-flow and general banking related matters. -Co-ordination and management of year-end audit, main point of contact for external auditors. -Ad-hoc project work. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong record of achievement to date. You will have recent experience of consolidation and a good awareness of accounting legislation principles. You must be flexible, organised and able to meet strict deadlines.
