Job Title: Financial Accountant (UK and US GAAP)Location: Oxford (onsite requirement = 1-2 days per month)We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in line with both UK and US GAAP standards.The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. You''ll work closely with internal teams across multiple countries (European) and support external reporting and compliance requirements.This position can be considered as either a permanent or temp-to-perm contract. The company does require someone to start by early May 2025 to facilitate a full handover (by end of May).Key finance activities and processes will include:Month-end and year-end reportingBalance sheet reconciliationsVAT submissionsAccounts payable (AP) invoices and expensesTravel expense claimsFinancial reportingRequirementsPrevious accounting experience preferably within an international organisationPart-qual.
