Learning and Development Facilitator - Part Time - Remote/Hybrid (Occasional travel to services) Location: Vauxhall Salary: £22,568 per annum About The Role Help shape confident practice through powerful, purpose-led learning. We re looking for a LandD Training Facilitator to join our team in Vauxhall (This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required to visit services/sites as needed.), working part-time (28 hours per week over 4 days). This is a hands-on facilitation role where you ll deliver engaging, inclusive and consistent learning across the organisation helping staff build the therapeutic knowledge and practical skills they need to support clients effectively. Working closely with the LandD Manager, you ll deliver training across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face formats, ensuring learning is accessible, well-timed, and aligned with operational needs. Your work will span everything from mandatory and compliance training to induction, EDI, leadership and management development, as well as specialist modules covering recovery, trauma-informed practice, justice, housing, clinical and employment services.
