Legal Secretary Residential Conveyancing
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Legal Secretary to join their residential conveyancing team.Experience in residential conveyancing would be an advantage.As a Legal Secretary you may be asked to support with any of the following:Supporting solicitors and partners with the day-to-day running of their filesThe production of documents and correspondence using audio/copy typingUndertaking searches and processing post completion actionsCompletion and submission of standard template documentsAttending to clients and others, both on the telephone and in person, where possible dealing with initial enquiries and/or taking detailed messages to enable the appropriate person to deal with the matter on their returnManagement of Fee Earners'' diaries, including scheduling of appointments, arranging meetings, organising travel as appropriate. Ensure all meetings have appropriate facilities arranged e.g. meeting room booked, refreshments availableSetting up new files accurately and speedily on instructionMaintaining Fee Earners'' client details on the firm''s database and updating as and when requiredDealing promptly and accurately all filing and storage/retrieval requirements in respect of client filesEnsure all files are compliant and management of money laundering checks and keeping the associated recordsAssisting in the smooth running of the administration and secretarial support within the department, supporting other Fee Earners and secretarial ..... full job details .....
