Supervising Social Worker

Location: Coventry and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to -40,000 + -2,100 car allowance

NonStop''s client, based in the West Midlands, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support a small caseload of around 7 foster carers throughout Coventry, Warwickshire, and Northampton
• Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed while upholding therapeutic practices

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• Experience working within the fostering sector of children''s services
• Up to date with current legislation
