A privately owned commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing solicitor into the team as a result of increased instructions. Ideally searching for a 3-6 year PQE conveyancing solicitor, however, we do have scope to consider all levels above 2 years and more senior practitioners who are seeking to change firms.WHAT WILL I DO?

You will join one of the most successful departments within the office and have the responsibility of your own caseload consisting of mainly residential developments and property transactions. You will act for individual investors and developers in the sale and purchase of single and multiple property portfolios.You must have at least 3 years experience within a conveyancing solicitor role. Ideally, you will have acted for developers previously however this is not essential. Previous experience working in a commercial firm is desirable but again not essential.This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to enter a commercially successful firm as a conveyancing solicitor and build your profile in the process.MY REWARD?
