About the RoleThe firm is looking for a solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience to manage a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. The role offers flexibility, with options for either full-time or part-time hours, and comes with dedicated secretarial support to ensure efficiency and allow you to focus on client work.

Key Responsibilities

Managing residential property transactions from start to finish.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.

Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and related legal documents.

Providing clear and practical advice to clients.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with residential conveyancing experience.

Knowledge of Northern Ireland property law and conveyancing procedures.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a varied caseload independently.
