Practice Plus Group . This is a brand new role in our Primary Care team for the London Region. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload in a unique setting. The London region currently covers six sites including HMP Belmarsh, HMP Thameside, Heathrow IRC, HMP Pentonville, HMP Wormwood Scrubs and HMP Brixton. In this role you will be working across all sites with the possibility to work from home 1 day a week.Hours

Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:00Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £58,025 per annum FTE - depending on experience.How we will support you
