You will be supporting the 4 individuals to maintain their home, learn new skills and to promote their independence. You will be supporting the individuals to access the community to attend appointments and social clubs, activities like swimming, going to the gym, going out for coffee, Lunch, bowling, going to the cinema, the list is endless! You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people.
