Support Worker - NightsLocation: BristolSalary: £28,510 per annumContract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours)Hours: 7pm-6am 4 nights on / 4 nights offThe Role We are recruiting a Nights Support Worker to provide out-of-hours support in an accommodation-based service for young people aged 16-25. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment and support residents to move towards positive outcomes.Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of the building and residentsProvide housing management, welfare advice, and practical supportEngage with young people, offering guidance, emotional support, and signpostingCarry out room and building checks and report repairsMaintain accurate records, including incidents and risk assessmentsRespond to emergencies and safeguarding concernsManage low-level anti-social behaviour About You Experience working with young people, particularly those with complex needs or homelessness in Support Worker roleKnowledge of safeguarding, housing, welfare benefits, and risk managementConfident lone worker with strong communication skillsAble to build trust while maintaining professional boundariesFlexible to work nights and weekends Qualifications Level 3 qualification (or working towards) in youth work, health and social care, mental health, or housingIT literate with good written skillsDesirable: Safeguarding, Mental Health First Aid, or coaching qualifications Additional Information Ofsted-registered supported accommodation serviceDBS ..... full job details .....
