Our Valued Client: We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager at a prestigious new care home based in Oxford. As a valued member of the team, you will report directly to the Group National Sales Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic, high-energy, results-driven individual with sector experience and a proven track record in filling new build care homes. What You ll Do: Achieve Targets: Collaborate with the Home Manager to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the National Sales Manager and Marketing teams to develop and execute a robust marketing plan. Customer Engagement: Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries, managing the full cycle from enquiry to closure. Community Outreach: Promote the home within the local community through engaging stories and targeted advertising. Event Management: Host events to showcase the home and attract prospective clients and stakeholders. Training and Support: Provide guidance to team members to ensure consistent customer engagement.
