Technical Sales Support
Our client, a leading manufacturer in industrial automation are looking to recruit a number of candidates to join in Technical Sales Support to support the Customer Service division on a permanent basis due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working within a customer service orientated role, within a technical capacity, preparing technical quotations within a engineering environment. This will suit an ambitious candidate looking to take the next step in their career into a more commercially orientated role. Candidates do not need to be qualified in engineering however this would be helpful. Experience working with Pumps/ Valves/Actuators/ Rotating equipment is highly advantageous. Hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 hours - (7AM-3PM OR 8AM -4PM) - Hybrid working available after 8 weeks. Responsibilities Handle technical enquiries for entire portfolio. Handle technical requests and quotations (RFQ). Track quotations to Customers, on behalf of Salespersons. Provide technical service assistance relating to application problems with products installed in the field; provide recommended solutions/corrective actions; ensure all Customer requests are properly handled and closed to Customer Satisfaction Provide competitor product cross-references, as required Provide internal feedback within the company regarding customer concerns, by gathering and analyzing the broad source of information collected through Customer interactions On request, ..... full job details .....
