As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager / Accounts Manager to oversee the finance function and support the senior leadership team. The Role This is a key position within the business, responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company while supporting project performance, commercial reporting, and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within construction, glazing, façade, or specialist subcontracting environments and be comfortable operating within a fast-paced project-led business. Key Responsibilities Oversee the company s daily finance and accounting operations Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control functions Manage CIS administration and subcontractor payments Prepare VAT returns and support year-end accounts preparation Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements ..... full job details .....
