Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations from product inception to productionisation.

Own project milestones.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, timelines, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.

Key requirements

Proven experience in project management (3+ years).

Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Familiarity with project management tools for example Confluence and Jira.

Certification in project management, e.g. APM PMQ.

Full driving license.

Desirable

Degree in a relevant engineering, science, or mathematical discipline.

Previous experience working in hard tech.
