This is an excellent opportunity for a Health, Safety and Fire Consultant who enjoys building strong client relationships while delivering practical, proportionate advice.The RoleThe Health, Safety and Fire Consultant will support property owners, managing agents and other stakeholders with a broad range of health, safety and fire compliance services.Typical responsibilities will include:Undertaking fire risk assessments across residential and higher-risk buildingsProviding health and safety inspections, audits and compliance reviewsAdvising clients on fire safety, building safety and health and safety obligationsProducing clear reports, action plans and practical recommendationsSupporting clients with ongoing compliance and risk managementAttending client meetings and developing strong working relationshipsKeeping up to date with relevant legislation, guidance and industry standardsThe Health, Safety and Fire ConsultantThe successful Health, Safety and Fire Consultant will ideally have:NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety ..... full job details .....
