Description

• Fault finding
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Adhere to all policies and practices as requested
• Working on ovens, mixing bagging and slicing machines
• Identify parts that are worn or broken to replace with Miller''s core suppliers, ensuring comparable specifications
• Hands-on approach
• Multi-skilled
• Daily checks and maintenance

• Communication with other staff members
• Preventive maintenance

• Point of contact for contractors when they arrive on site, sign in, complete inductions, health questionnaires

Profile

A successful Multi-skilled Shift Leader Engineer should have:
