Your new role As the Payroll and Reward Specialist, you will be the trusted expert responsible for delivering an accurate and compliant payroll across the UK and Ireland, while supporting the development of a global reward framework. You will:Lead end-to-end payroll operations for circa 600 colleagues across the UK and IrelandManage the relationship with an outsourced payroll provider (Zellis), driving service improvementsSupport HRIS/payroll system transformation and vendor selection processesConduct payroll audits and ensure compliance with HMRC and ROI regulationsDeliver benchmarking and compensation insights to inform strategic decisionsAdminister pension and benefits schemes, enhancing colleague experienceProduce accurate reporting for Finance, HR, and statutory bodiesChampion colleague engagement through clear communication of pay and benefitsWhat you''ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you will bring:Proven experience managing payroll in-house or via an outsourced provider Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation; Ireland ..... full job details .....
