This role is crucial in helping students overcome challenges, develop positive learning behaviours, and achieve their long-term goals.Main Duties and Responsibilities:To lead and support a vibrant and successful Learning HubWork 1:1 and in small groups with identified KS3 students, implementing targeted interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to promote positive behaviour strategies within the classroom.To lead on pastoral, social, emotional and behavioural issues for students in one HubBuild strong relationships with students, listening to their needs and providing structured support to help them succeed.Use adaptive strategies to manage challenging behaviours, ensuring students are engaged and making progress.Set and monitor individual behaviour improvement plans, working closely with pastoral teams and parents where necessary.Requirements:A confident, enthusiastic character is a must.Experience working with Key Stage 3 students with SEN and behavioural needs in a school or similar setting.A relevant qualification in education, Psychology, Health and Social Care, SEN, or behaviour support is desirable.A high level of ICT skills and experience ..... full job details .....
