For the right candidate, this school can be flexible on whether this role is full-time. The hours for this position are 8:30am until 3:30pm, with competitive rates of pay. The academy is looking for a candidate to support secondary students on a 1:1 and group basis who have Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. Key tasks include mentoring and empowering students, building their confidence and ability to stay focused in order to succeed academically and promote a positive education environment.
