Production Maintenance Engineer Specialising in PU, Pleating, Spray Glue, and Powder Coating Machines Introduction Our client is a dynamic manufacturing company and an opportunity to join them as a Production Maintenance Engineer has now become available. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, efficiency and operation of all machinery processes. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduled and general maintenance, troubleshooting and improving various machines within the production area, including PU machines, pleating machines, spray glue machines, and powder coating machines. Key Responsibilities Preventive/Planned Maintenance: Develop, plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all assigned machines to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan improving the reliability of the machines. Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records for compliance and continuous improvement. Troubleshooting and Repair: Quickly diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on PU machines, pleating machines, spray glue machines, and powder coating lines. Execute timely repairs and adjustments to restore optimal function. Safety and Compliance: Following strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
