OOH Customer Services Officer
We are recruiting for several Repairs Customer Service Officers based in Chelmsford. This is working for a leading housing association. Key Details:Role: Out of Hours Repairs SupportContract: 52 weeks (part-time)Working pattern: Out of hours / weekendsDuties:Acting as the first point of contact for resident enquiries via telephoneAssisting residents in the diagnostics required to report routine repairs, and raising these repairs on our CRMHelping tenants to raise other cases and tasks, such as a report of antisocial behaviour, and recording details as appropriateRaising, chasing and escalating tenant complaints as requiredAssisting residents to make payments, such as for rent or service chargesLiaising with local Housing Officers to facilitate requests from their residentsUtilising excellent communication skills to resolve calls promptly and effectively, in-line with the CSC''s expected service levelDelivering excellent customer service and ensuring a high rate of first contact resolution (FCR), in-line with the CSC''s KPIsAvailable shifts:Weekend only: 08:00 - 17:00Weekend only: 11:00 - 22:00Weekend only: 13:00 - 22:00OOH Two-Week Rota:Week 1:Monday: 17:00 - 22:00Tuesday: OffWednesday: OffThursday: 17:00 - 22:00Friday: 17:00 - 22:00Saturday: OffSunday: OffWeek 2:Monday: OffTuesday: 17:00 - 22:00Wednesday: 17:00 - 22:00Thursday: OffFriday: OffSaturday: 13:30 - 22:00Sunday: 13:30 - 22:00RX is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
