Due to continued growth, they''re looking for an experienced Chief Quality Inspector / Quality Inspection Team Leader to take ownership of the inspection function and lead a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is technically strong, organised and confident taking ownership of PPAP, FAIRs and dimensional inspection within a precision manufacturing environment. The Role You''ll lead and coordinate a small team of two Quality Inspectors, while remaining hands-on with first-off, in-process and final inspection. You''ll work closely with Production and Engineering to maintain quality standards, resolve issues and ensure customer requirements are met.
