Temporary HR Administrator - Wimbledon

Pay: £15.00 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Immediate start - Temporary until the end of September

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking for a short-term role in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day HR administrative support.
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinating interviews and managing recruitment administration.
• Handling HR inbox enquiries and responding professionally.
• Supporting payroll and compliance administration where required.
• General administrative duties to support the HR team.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous HR administration experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Available to start immediately and commit until the end of September.
