As part of an exciting digital transformation, we''re looking for a hands-on Senior Service Designer to lead the design and improvement of services across digital, phone, and email channels. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end services across digital and non-digital touch pointsCreate wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypesPlan and conduct user researchAlign service and UX design with business strategy, including AI and automation integrationTranslate complex stakeholder needs into practical service improvementsWhat We''re Looking ForExperience designing public-facing, multi-channel servicesFamiliarity with GDS service design principles or similar frameworksStrong grasp of user-centered and inclusive design practicesA portfolio demonstrating research, prototyping, and deliveryAny frontend development experience is a bonusExperience in working in a small - mid size companyIf this sounds like you, please apply with an up to date CV and portfolio.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
