You will help shape and transition critical national services, working as part of a cross-functional team within a digital and data-driven directorate. Key Responsibilities:Lead service design activities and mentor junior team membersDesign user-focused services that meet programme goalsCollaborate with technical and operational teams to support service transitionPromote Agile, ITIL 4, and continual improvement practicesClearly document design decisions and risks Essential Skills and Experience:Proven service design expertise with a strong user focusExperience working in Agile and ITIL environmentsStrong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skillsKnowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2) This is a rare opportunity to work on services that make a direct contribution to public safety and national resilience.
