We are looking to recruit a confident, experienced Scheduler to work in a busy booking department covering works across the Uk and Ireland This position has long term potential with growth to develop within the department Main responsibilities will be: Communication with all customers and engineers Booking in works for the engineers to attend sites Schedule works based around project needs Load jobs onto an internal system Follow up on specific jobs Answering all incoming calls and direct calls accordingly Completing all associated paperwork Extensive phone work Problem solving and have the ability to offer solutions The right candidate would Hold relevant scheduling or planning experience Have the ability to manage workloads in a busy office environment Computer literate, MS and internal systems Be looking for a secure position in a growing company Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Salary upto ..... full job details .....
