This is a hands-on role for someone who can help the organisation implement and embed AI capabilities across the business, while also improving and developing its CRM capability. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, improve customer journeys and enhance decision-making, whilst ensuring the CRM platform is being fully utilised. Responsibilities for the role of AI and CRM Implementation Specialist: Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business. Help embed AI into day-to-day processes, workflows and customer journeys. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions.
