Senior Finance Analyst A Local Authority in North West London are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst on an Interim basis. Based in North West London (Hybrid):Responsibilities:Regular financial reporting and analysis.Conducting formal investment appraisals to assess the financial viability of future development opportunities.Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the company boards.Exploring and negotiating funding for capital acquisitions from the shareholder or other stakeholders.Developing financial models and projections, including the 30-year business plan, to support decision-making.
