Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for enthusiastic graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants in schools across Colchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a school environment, develop your confidence working with children and young people, and discover whether a career in teaching or education could be right for you.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you may:

• Support pupils in the classroom, either individually or in small groups
• Help pupils stay engaged with their learning and make progress
• Provide encouragement and positive support to children who may need additional help
• Work alongside teachers and other support staff
• Gain experience of different teaching and learning approaches
• Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural or pastoral needs where appropriate

You do not necessarily need previous school experience. This opportunity could suit graduates who are:
