Recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in the Theale area on a temporary to permanent basis.-

About the Warehouse Operative Role:

• Monday to Friday - No Weekends!
• 3 week rotating shift pattern (4.30am-1.30pm, 6am-3pm & 8am-5pm)
• -12.21ph / -26,984 pa (based on 42.5 hour working week)-
• Based in Theale area
• Temporary to Permanent position

Duties / Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative Role:

• Working as part of-a small, efficient team to ensure all duties are completed
• Picking stock from various locations, including chill / freezer compartments
• Loading vehicles with stock off various weights (up to 15kgs)-
• Goods-in:-checking goods are delivered within agreed specification i.e. good condition, pack sizes, shelf life etc-
• Stock control: counting of stock, rotation of stock etc-

-Experience / Attributes required for the Warehouse Operative Role:

• Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment, ideally will have picking / packing experience
• Driving licence is required in case you have to move any of the vans in the yard-
• Good numerical skills-
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A forklift Bendi licence would be advantageous but not essential-
