to meet evolving industry needs.Enhancing student outcomes

through retention, progression, and attainment strategies.Managing and inspiring a high-performing academic team .Delivering teaching

at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.Overseeing programme development

to attract new markets and learners.Qualifications

Proven experience in academic leadership and management.A

PhD

(or near completion) in

Business ,

Management , or a related field.A strong research and publication profile.A teaching qualification and HEA membership (desirable).Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.Be part of a
