IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line) - Fareham - £30,000A leading healthcare organisation have a requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team to provide support across hardware, software and networks. The role will be responsible for dealing with technical issues and supporting the smooth operation of IT systems across the business, by providing remote and on-site support to colleagues. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and work with IT leadership to troubleshoot complex problems and help maintain a high standard of service delivery. The team play a key role in reducing downtime and enhancing user experience.Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support and work with IT leadership to troubleshoot complex problems and help maintain a high standard of service delivery.Provide remote and on-site support to colleagues to ensure smooth operation of IT systems across the business.Contribute to reducing downtime and enhancing user experience.Qualifications
12 months+ experience providing 1st/2nd line support.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.Expertise with Microsoft 365, including user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel.An understanding of networks (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.).Familiar with remote support tools.
