Key Responsibilities:

• Deliverandnbsp;tailored behavioural interventionsandnbsp;for students inandnbsp;Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Partner with teaching and pastoral teams to develop and evaluateandnbsp;individual behaviour strategies
• Foster aandnbsp;safe, welcoming, and respectful classroom environment
• Track behavioural patterns and progress, sharing updates with families and staff
• Help students buildandnbsp;confidence,andnbsp;emotional regulation, andandnbsp;interpersonal skills
• Participate inandnbsp;school-wide wellbeing programmes, mentoring initiatives, and extracurricular activities

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Experience working with young people, especially those withandnbsp;behavioural or emotional challengesandnbsp;(preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrates aandnbsp;calm,andnbsp;compassionate, andandnbsp;resilientandnbsp;approach in demanding situations
• Strong dedication toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;student wellbeing, andandnbsp;inclusive learning
• Excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;relationship-building, andandnbsp;time management skills
• Willingness to engage inandnbsp;trainingandnbsp;and contribute to aandnbsp;positive school ethos
