As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining service standards, supporting junior team members, and ensuring the guest experience is seamless from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage sections during busy service periods

Lead by example and support junior staff in maintaining high service standards

Handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism

Work closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Contribute to the training and development of the FOH team
